Simon prepares a concrete mix for pouring a new transition under the
Kingshighway Bridge in St. Louis, MO. After being frustrated with the lack
of a local skatepark, area skateboarders took matters into their own hands
and began designing and building their own concrete park under the 60 year
old bridge located in The Hill neighborhood of St. Louis.
